In 2014 I walked into a psychiatric ward. Not to be healed. To heal. I didn't know that then. Today I do.

I brought a woman to play table tennis. A woman who could barely move. Not because I am special. But because I listened.

That is all. Listen. Be present. Give space.

What works through me – works through every human being. You too. Exactly like this. Exactly now.

Why This Book

This book is not a retrospective. It is a mirror.

I show what I have experienced – not so you say, what a special person. But so you say – I know that too. I have felt that too. I can do that too.

Every human being carries this capacity within them. The capacity to heal. Not with medicine. Not with words. With presence. With Ahimsa. With listening.

That is the one thesis. Cause no suffering to any living being.

Everything else follows from that.
